Deputy Manager - People Development (Training)

We are hiring for Deputy Manager - People Development (Training).

Location:

Key Requirements:

• 7-12 years of hands-on experience in Training & Development / L&D.
• Strong experience in conducting classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Expertise in developing training content, decks, facilitator guides, manuals and learning material.
• Experience in Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), training calendar planning and execution.
• Ability to conduct behavioural, functional and/or leadership training across employee levels.
• Experience in training effectiveness assessments, feedback analysis and post-training reports.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
