Job Description

Job Purpose To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency. Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates. Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues. Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.Case to Case tracking Resolution at per AOP with in agreed timelines Portfolio Management Debt Collection Strategy Target Achievement Regulatory ComplianceReporting and Analysis Risk Management Team LeadershipVendor Management Co-ordinating with internal and external clients Required Qualifications and Experience Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
