DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PRODUCTION) - MACHINERY

As a Ship Repair Project Manager at Kattupalli Shipyard, your role involves overseeing high-level planning for Ship repairs, Refits, and Conversion projects. Your responsibilities include: - Nominating engineers for section/project-wise tasks and providing technical, administrative, and morale support to ensure timely completion of the scope. - Reviewing the list of material/subcontracting requirements to ensure the timely completion of the projects. - Guiding and achieving objectives for Ship Repair - Production. - Coordinating manpower and material requirements for ongoing and forthcoming projects. - Enforcing work compliance with appropriate procedures in production, accuracy control, safety, environmental protections, and quality assurance. - Planning and monitoring equipment, tools, and tackles of the department based on project requirements.
