Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

About the clinic Nishat Multi-Speciality Dental Clinic in Koramangala, Bengaluru offers Invisalign clear aligners, orthodontics, dental implants, root canal treatment, smile makeovers, cosmetic and paediatric dentistry. We focus on calm, patient-first care from the front desk to the treatment chair. Role summary We are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients – greeting them, managing appointments and billing, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. Key responsibilities - Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out - Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages; book, confirm and reschedule appointments - Manage the doctors' appointment calendar and send reminders to patients - Register new patients and maintain patient records and files - Explain basic treatment information, estimates and payment options as advised by the doctors - Handle billing, payments, receipts and daily cash/UPI/card reconciliation - Follow up with patients for reviews, ongoing treatment (such as aligners and braces) and pending payments - Coordinate with dentists and assistants to keep the clinic running on time - Keep the reception and waiting area neat and welcoming Requirements / qualifications - Graduate preferred (any discipline); 12th pass with relevant experience may be considered - Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (dental/medical clinic preferred) - Good spoken English; Kannada and Hindi preferred - Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Sheets); familiarity with clinic management software is a plus - Pleasant personality, patient-friendly attitude and good phone manners - Organised, punctual and able to handle billing accurately How to apply Call: 8217406861 Email your CV to: nissidiqha@gmail.com
