Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Kaumara Dental – Coimbatore

We’re looking for a confident, warm-natured Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team at Kaumara Dental, a premium pediatric and general dental practice. If you’re someone who can greet a crying child with patience, manage a busy reception with a smile, and support clinical work with professionalism, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Patient Care

• Greet patients and parents, manage appointments, and coordinate daily schedules.
• Handle phone calls, enquiries, and patient follow-ups with clarity and courtesy.
• Maintain patient records, consent forms, and documentation accurately.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming reception and waiting area—especially for kids.

Clinical Assistance

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures, chairside support, and sterilization.
• Prepare instruments, materials, and treatment rooms before each appointment.
• Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and clinic protocols.
• Support pediatric behaviour management with a calm, reassuring approach.

Administrative Duties

• Manage billing, payment entries, and coordinate with insurance when required.
• Track inventory, organize supplies, and maintain clinic workflow smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Pleasant personality with strong patience (especially with children).
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with dental software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setup.
• Experience in a dental clinic is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
