Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Executive to join our staffing and consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing new candidates (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) across the U.S. This is a target-driven role focused on building strong relationships and ensuring high placement rates. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily communication with candidates, ensuring they are aware of open opportunities and interview schedules. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates Negotiate contract terms and rates with the candidates. Track and update the status of each candidate using internal tools and databases. Work closely with recruiters to understand candidate profiles and ensure smooth onboarding once placed. Stay updated on market trends, client demands, and visa regulations to optimize candidate placement. Qualifications: 1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales in the U.S. staffing industry. Strong understanding of various IT technologies and U.S. work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple candidates and clients simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience working with OPT/CPT candidates.
