We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Verification Specialist to ensure the accuracy and completeness of B2B contact and company data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-verifying lead information using LinkedIn and other online resources. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies. Key Responsibilities: - Verify lead details through LinkedIn and other reliable sources. - Confirm accuracy of first and last names. - Validate the current company of the lead and their tenure within the organization. - Check the industry classification of the company. - Verify company size based on employee count. - Validate company address and contact number. Qualifications: - Prior experience in data research, lead generation, or data verification is preferred. - Proficiency with LinkedIn and other business data tools. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Basic understanding of B2B industries and corporate structures Ability to accurately extract and verify professional and company information using LinkedIn - High level of precision in verifying and validating names, company details, and contact information - Proficiency in using search engines and online tools to gather supporting data beyond LinkedIn - Familiarity with company hierarchies, industries, and employee size categorization - Capability to meet daily/weekly verification targets with consistent quality - Proven ability to verify a high volume of leads within tight deadlines without compromising quality
