Roles and Responsibilities Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2018 standards. Develop and maintain process documentation, including PMC charts, SOPs, and work instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues related to supplier rework & rejection follow-up. Analyze rejection data using tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of internal auditing principles and practices. Proficiency in preparing PMC charts, conducting PPC inspections, and analyzing rejection data.
