We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee the entire garment manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, and ensuring timely order delivery while maintaining cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities · Plan, organize, and manage all production activities in the garment unit. · Maintain production reports and daily output records. · Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or technical issues quickly. Requirements Bachelor’s / Diploma /10+2 · Minimum 3 years of experience in garment production · Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and quality systems. · Leadership and team management skills. · Proficiency in MS Excel / Production tracking tools preferred.
