Required Skills & Experience :

• 12 - 15 years of experience

  in SaaS implementations, IT services, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations involving

  Zoho, Salesforce, or similar SaaS platforms.

• Strong technical background with the ability to engage confidently with developers, architects, and client technical teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, project governance, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in resource utilisation, project budgeting, profitability management, and delivery ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to identify upselling opportunities, grow existing accounts, and manage long-term client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
• Experience working with international clients and managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Preferred Certifications :

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent Agile certification
• Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, or other relevant applications)
