Makes strategic decisions that influence timelines, cost efficiency, and overall program success. Acts as the escalation point for complex operational challenges and drives resolution with minimal supervision.Skill SetPossesses deep expertise in ERP systems, supply chain processes, and PMO methodologies. Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics to monitor NPI performance metrics. Demonstrates exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility

Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters

Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Oversee planning and execution of NPI projects across multiple geographies.

Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions on critical matters.

Manage large cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets.

Provide accurate project costing and financial oversight during quotation and justification phases.

Conduct stage reviews and present progress to leadership.

Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Core Skills

PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Experience in supply chain or product lifecycle management.

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
