Job Title: Customer Relations Executive Location: Belapur, Sector 11, Navi Mumbai Department: Customer Service / Client Relations Reports To: Operations Head Job Summary: As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your role is pivotal in building trust, resolving concerns, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services Meet or exceed customer service KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Traits: Empathetic and patient demeanor Proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude Team player with a collaborative spirit Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
