Pathetic service, 3 times multiple parcels get cancelled. Pickup never happened. no direct customer support. There social media channel doesn’t exist. They never take action on it. They’re one of the logistic companies needs software in first & last mile.

Worst service ever. Blue dirt is the best. Worst service ever not value of time. In the fast era service is uncoparabily slow and attitude of the people is also worst.

Worst service ever, takes them 24hrs to complete a 7 hour journey. Delayes the shipping by 4 days. No way of registering a complaint or to get in touch with them.
