Role & responsibilities :- Supervise and assist with the day to day operations of the liquor store, including; stocking and storing of merchandise; displaying merchandise; maintaining overall appearance of the store; ringing sales, customer service and cash handling. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development. Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying new opportunities. Develop sales strategies to achieve targets, expand customer base, and increase revenue. Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective communication, coaching, and performance evaluation. Insure conformance of all store operations to all applicable laws and regulations. Establish and maintain a training program to keep all liquor store staff informed and knowledgeable of store products and liquor laws and train staff in proper customer relations skills in an effort to maintain a high quality of service to the public.
