Role Description- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English at Delhi Public School Indore. The PGT – English will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, conducting classes, preparing teaching materials, assessing student progress, and providing individual support to students. The role will involve regular communication with parents and colleagues to ensure a conducive learning environment. The PGT – English will also participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions. Qualifications- Thorough knowledge of English literature and language Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective teaching methods Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with integrating technology into teaching is a plus Master's degree in English or related field Teaching certification and a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administration.
