We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader with a strong coding background in Backend (CodeIgniter/PHP) and Frontend (React.js) to lead and mentor a development team. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with coding, solution design, and best practices, while also managing team deliverables, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Lead a team of developers by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews. Plan, assign, and track project tasks to ensure timely delivery. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Backend Development (CodeIgniter/PHP) Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using MVC architecture. Build and consume RESTful APIs. Database schema design, query optimization, and caching mechanisms. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Ensure CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes. Frontend Development (React.js) Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js (Hooks, State Management). Integrate APIs seamlessly with frontend components. Work with UI libraries and frameworks to build clean and modern designs. Optimize performance, scalability, and browser compatibility. Write unit and integration tests for reliable applications. Quality & Best Practices Oversee testing, debugging, and troubleshooting processes. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance benchmarks. Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications At-least 7+ years of Experience Strong expertise in CodeIgniter/PHP (MVC architecture, REST APIs, DB design). Proficiency in React.js with modern JS (ES6+), Hooks, and State Management. Hands-on experience with database design, caching, and performance optimization . Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control systems . Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage a team, and drive projects end-to-end. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
