We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team at Dekagon Real Infra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets in residential and commercial real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries and follow up with potential customers for property sales. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Conduct site visits and property presentations with clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients. Negotiate and finalize deals with professionalism and transparency. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for sales growth. Report daily/weekly sales progress to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred). Proven experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong local market knowledge (Nashik preferred). Confident, target-driven, and well-groomed personality. Should be comfortable working on weekends (weekly off on Tuesday).
