Director / Business Leader Regulatory & Compliance (RAC) Location: Mumbai | Experience: 12 -15 yrs | Budget: Flexible Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit consulting practice for BFSI (Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, Fintechs). Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth . Oversee risk, governance, operational and compliance projects end to end. Ensure cash flow, collections, and profitability targets are achieved. Manage and mentor a team of consultants and ensure quality delivery. Support GRC, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Ideal Profile 12 to 15 yrs in Risk / Compliance / Internal Audit within BFSI or consulting . From Big 4 / mid-tier consulting firms or leading financial institutions. Strong knowledge of RBI, SEBI, IRDA regulations and BFSI risk frameworks. Proven leadership and business growth experience. Qualification: CA / MBA (CIA, CISA, FRM, ISO preferred).
