Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client business objectives and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve them. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and performance marketing, to deliver high-quality campaign materials on time. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights to improve results. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and performance reviews. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
