Oversees and coordinates all daily production operations Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and schedules Allocate manpower, machines, and materials for smooth workflow Monitor production processes, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed Ensure products meet quality standards and company specifications Prepare daily/weekly production reports and maintain accurate records Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering 2–6 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹23,400.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
