Looking for Sales (International)-BD Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Location - Gurgaon Hero Honda Chowk Timing -9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Designation: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Experience: 47 years of experience in International Sales/Business Development in the automobile or auto-component industry. Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred) or International Business. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or related field (preferred). Role: To identify, acquire, and expand business opportunities in overseas markets for the company's automotive products. This role involves developing new customer accounts, establishing distributor/partner networks, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic market entry and business development initiatives. The Senior Executive will play a key role in enhancing the company's global footprint while ensuring compliance with international trade practices. Key Responsibilities 1. International Market Development Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities in target geographies. Analyze automotive industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in international markets. Identify suitable entry strategies (direct sales, distributors, OEM tie-ups). 2. New Customer Acquisition Generate new leads through trade shows, exhibitions, online platforms, and industry networks. Develop strong business relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and aftermarket customers overseas. Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and technical-commercial offers to prospective clients. Negotiate terms of trade, pricing, and contracts to secure new business. 3. Sales Execution & Growth Achieve assigned international sales targets in terms of revenue, volume, and margin. Convert leads into long-term customer accounts and expand product penetration into new regions. Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress against targets. 4. Export Operations & Compliance Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth order execution. Ensure proper export documentation including Proforma Invoice, Letter of Credit handling, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc. Adhere to international trade compliance, INCOTERMS(International Commercial Terms), and country-specific regulatory norms. 5. Relationship & Networking Establish rapport with distributors, channel partners, and prospective customers. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. Collaborate with trade associations, export councils, and embassies to explore new opportunities. 6. Strategic Inputs & Reporting Provide management with timely updates on market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights. Suggest strategies for product positioning, pricing, and market penetration. Prepare regular reports on business development performance and international market trends.
