Job Description Patient Monitoring : Continuously monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, and other indicators of a patients condition using advanced equipment. Life Support Management : Operate and maintain life support equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors. Treatment and Medication : Administer medications, treatments, and IVs as prescribed by physicians. Care Planning : Work with doctors and other specialists to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Emergency Response : Respond to medical emergencies, perform advanced life support procedures, and coordinate resuscitation efforts. Patient and Family Support : Act as a patient advocate, provide emotional support to patients and their families, and educate them on health conditions. Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and complete all necessary paperwork. Coordination : Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, to ensure seamless care and best outcomes.
