The Opportunity We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to serve as the central hub of our daily office functions. This role is designed for a highly articulate professional who can balance financial administration, people operations, and workplace logistics with ease and sophistication. Core Responsibilities Financial Flow: Manage the collection, submission, and timely payment of vendor bills and team reimbursements. Talent Onboarding: Lead the professional integration of new hires, overseeing all documentation (NDAs, Agreements), background checks, and benefits enrollment (PF/Insurance). Workplace Stewardship: Maintain a high-standard environment through inventory management and the coordination of internal team events. Record Management: Ensure precision in tracking employee leaves and maintaining digital organizational systems. Technical & Communication Requirements Exceptional Communication: You must possess superior verbal and written communication skills. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and leadership, requiring a tone that is professional, clear, and empathetic. Software Proficiency: Skilled in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 (specifically Excel/Sheets for tracking), Slack , and modern HRIS/Expense tools .
