Agriculture Salary – As per industry standards Role Definition Responsible for delivering effective technical customer service through the Deejay 4 U App, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, especially for key (A category) clients. Plays a key role in developing model farms, updating technical content, and supporting field staff with knowledge tools. Also responsible for regular reporting, analysis, and feedback collection to improve service delivery and product performance. Responsibility Deliverable A. Customers Service a) Deejay 4 U App: a. Registration of existing Customers and New Customers. b) Updation of Technical Contents in Deejay U App & Deejay Website . c) Resolving technical queries registered in the App d) Scheduled Customer Service - Preparing Monthly Customer Service Schedule based on A, B and C Category e) Key Customers Service - Attending Key Customers Service (A Category Customers) f) Provide monthly analysis of area-wise complications and product performance reports. g) Customers Complaints handling of A category directly and for others through field staff B. Customer Satisfaction a) Sending Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Report on Complaints and Technical Solutions b) To collect feedback of customer on resolution of problem of all Key Customers. C. Model Farms a) Setting up of model farms at different regions based on age of seedlings b) Monthly Report on Development of Brand Ambassadors & Model Farms at different regions. D. Assisting the Field Sales Executive Prepare hand books on product knowledge for ready reference of the field staff on the matters of plant management and pest & disease matters.
