The Sales Design Manager will oversee and execute design projects while working closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Key responsibilities include developing creative design concepts, managing sales efforts, coordinating with the team to ensure timely project completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves a dynamic balance between sales, client relationship management, and design execution. Qualifications Interior Design and Space Planning skills to effectively visualize and execute client ideas Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation to drive revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction Experience in Project Management and Team Coordination to ensure timely and effective project delivery Knowledge of Design Software and Tools, along with a strong creative vision and attention to detail Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Flexibility to work on site and manage diverse projects Experience in the interior design or home décor industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field
