Whether a beginner or an expert, DG offers a platform to learn, network, and collaborate in the decentralized world. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Head of Growth (Web3). The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving growth marketing strategies, customer acquisition efforts, and growth hacking initiatives. The role involves identifying and executing sales and business development opportunities to expand the community and enhance engagement within the Web3 ecosystem. Qualifications Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Hacking skills Sales and Business Development skills Proven experience in expanding user base and engagement in Web3 communities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience with blockchain technologies and decentralized ecosystems is a plus
