Role & responsibilities - To maintain daily attendance and leave management of regular employees and construction workers at the construction projects site in Buildings sector of large size. - To work with project management in periodic performance reviews, recommendations for revision in salaries and designations, maintain labour compliance records of licenses and supporting documents,etc. in coordination with Head Office. - Travel and mess management - Guest coordination - Camp accommodation allotment and maintenance Preferred candidate profile - Candidates worked on project sites of Civil construction with systems would be an added advantage.
