Job Title: Fashion Designer (Fresher) – DearHey Location: Mumbai or Gurgaon (based on founder’s relocation) About DearHey: DearHey is a growing fashion brand with a bold vision to redefine individuality and style. Role Overview: We’re hiring a Fashion Designer (Fresher) who will work closely with the founder and play a hands-on role in shaping the brand. This role is not limited to design – you’ll be actively involved in fabric sourcing, vendor coordination, production work, and assisting in daily brand operations. You’ll also get opportunities to travel with the team for shoots, sourcing, and events. Key Responsibilities: Assist in design development and research. Support in fabric sourcing, trims, and raw materials. Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and manufacturers. Help in managing production timelines and samples. Travel with the founder/team for work requirements (shoots, sourcing trips, etc.). Provide creative input in shoots, campaigns, and styling. Be proactive in handling day-to-day operations of the brand. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (freshers encouraged to apply). Passion for fashion and willingness to learn beyond design. Strong interest in fabrics, trends, and detailing. Flexible and open to relocating to Mumbai or Gurgaon with the founder. Willingness to travel as part of work. Self-driven, hardworking, and adaptable personality. What You’ll Gain: Direct mentorship by the founder.
