You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics team efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Calculating Turnaround Time (TAT) for logistics operations. - Preparing route maps for efficient delivery processes. - Managing the Logistics Application for smooth operations. - Overseeing the CRM portal to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitoring TAT and identifying any failures to address promptly. - Daily monitoring and reporting on performance in the round reports. - Preparing Management Information System (MIS) region-wise for analysis. - Monitoring check-in/check-out procedures and daily distance covered. - Identifying non-productive routes and areas for improvement. - Coordinating attendance for the logistics team.
