Technical Trainer - Full Stack PHP DCKAP Palli is looking for a seasoned technical trainer with good communication and training experience to teach and train students in full-stack web development- PHP/Python. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of recent teaching/training experience with all the skills listed below. Role: Developing curricula and delivering course material Reviewing training methods, teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals Deliver training courses and assist students during hands-on sessions. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that students showcase excellent progress Preparing assessment plans and keeping track of all the records Educate, Train and Examine students' growth and development Collaborating with internal/ external technical communities to bring in updated tech content for the students Encouraging students to participate in external hackathons, tech assessments, etc, and assisting them through the complete process. Assisting the core team and mentoring the students Keep and report data periodically on completed courses, absences, feedback, etc. Skills At least 2-3 years of experience with writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on the latest practices is a must A relevant back-end programming language & framework, preferably PHP/JavaScript/Python Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions - SQL and NoSQL Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end, Preferably - React, Node JS, and Flask. Proficiency with Git Basics of Server management and deployment for the relevant environment Have a good understanding of industry (design & web) standards and best practices Appreciation for clean and well-documented code Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English. Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
