Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, managing on-site workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines. The role includes monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications Construction supervision and project management skills Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with construction site inspections and quality control Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred Prior experience in a supervisory role within construction is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
