Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Learning and Organizational Development based in Peddemul. As a Senior Manager, you will design and implement effective learning and development strategies to grow organizational capabilities and strengthen leadership pipelines. You will assess development needs, manage training programs, supervise initiatives to enhance employee engagement, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will lead performance improvement strategies, facilitate organizational changes, and promote the adoption of best practices across departments. Requirements Education Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management/Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management/Master’s/bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related discipline/Bachelor in Engineering Degree or a related discipline Experience - At least 13 years - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Tiles/Ceramic Additional Requirements - Must be confident about conducting wide ranges of training (ranging from Soft-Skills/IT Trainings like Excel Advanced, PowerBI Basic/Technical trainings like Six Sigma/5S/ Analytical Tools. (Proper training will be given in case of there's lack of knowledge in any field) -Minimum 13 years of experience in Training & Development, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing training frameworks, learning management systems, and e-learning solutions. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI of training programs. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
