In this role, he will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through continuous improvement and defect prevention. REQUIRENMENT:- Education - Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related field. In-depth Knowledge of automotive industry standards, quality management systems (e.g., QMS, IATF 16949), and Other statistical tools. Familiar with automotive manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering / Vendor development role within the automotive industry Proven ability to work Independent & collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead projects to successful completion Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Positive attitude and acceptance for further training. Microsoft Suite Competency: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point Preferred Export customer experience. Ability to work independently / virtual. Remote in-Home office and at Maximum at Supplier End. RESPONCIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Develop and implement quality control processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards Analyze data and provide feedback to design and manufacturing teams to improve product quality Maintaining the relation with supplier along with our Product quality related records. Educate / Encourage the supplier for quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement. Shall take full Control of finished products at suppliers. Tracking Supplier reliability in Track sheet. Sending informations to the German team. Pushing / Supporting suppliers to meet deadlines and expectations our customers in coordination with your Superior. Developing new Suppliers, Auditing their capabilities, Capacity. Ensuring the supplier meets all regulatory and company requirements. Maintaining all Inspection report, Test Reports in Soft as well as Hard copies. Candidate should be known the areas of Automotive Industry Metal components, Welded fabrications, Sheet metal processing, Coating (galvanizing /CED), Re-forming/stamping/laser cutting and other Machining as well as Finishing Processes. Candidate will be fully responsible for manufacturing Product as per design and specification, Handling Customer Rejection/ Complaints, and Taking immediate corrective and preventive actions with Maintaining Records.
