Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to oversee production staff Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning Excellent Production Management skills Effective Communication skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure smooth production processes Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience in battery production or a similar manufacturing environment Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
