Test packaging materials (PET bottles, caps, cartons) as per specifications. 2. In-Process & Final Product Testing Conduct routine analysis of beverages (Brix, pH, TSS, Acidity, CO₂ level, etc.). Monitor in-process parameters during production to ensure consistency. Perform microbiological testing to check for contamination (TVC, yeast & mold, pathogens). 3. Lab Equipment Operation & Calibration Operate analytical instruments like pH meters, refractometers, spectrophotometers, etc. Calibrate lab equipment regularly and maintain calibration records. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain proper records of all quality checks as per SOPs. Prepare and submit reports to QA Manager and statutory bodies. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, BIS, and company guidelines. 5. Hygiene & GMP Monitoring Inspect production and filling lines for hygiene practices. Conduct periodic sanitation verification and allergen control checks. 6. Product Development & Troubleshooting Support R&D in trials for new beverages. Assist in identifying and resolving quality-related production issues.
