We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our projects, and scheduling site visits. Your goal is to generate qualified leads and contribute to sales closures. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given database. Inform customers about current and upcoming real estate projects (residential/commercial). Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Generate interest and schedule site visits with the sales team. Follow up on leads through WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and visit targets.
