Namaste The DAV Group - Chennai , functioning under the aegis of Tamil Nadu Arya Samaj Educational Society was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 1500 plus which includes 1,200 teachers. Four of our branches have been consistently ranked amongst top 15 schools in the country. In addition to K-12 schooling, DAV has recently ventured into Higher Education with DAV-SMK Fomra College of Arts & Science at Kelambakkam, Chennai. In this context, we would be interested in recruiting suitable candidates for the position of PRT - English Job description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher specializing in English to join our dynamic teaching team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a love of language and literature in young learners. The PRT English teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, promoting language development, and creating a positive learning environment for primary school students. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification or qualification as per local regulations. Specialization or certification in teaching English is preferred. Previous experience in teaching primary-level students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young learners and fostering a positive learning environment. Salary shall commensurate with experience, as applicable. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
