As a Manager Sales and Strategy focusing on Exports Growth & Domestic Opportunities, your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive export sales of rice and other agro-products. You will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and food service clients. Additionally, expanding domestic distribution through food wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for export sales of rice and agro-products. - Identify and build strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and food service clients. - Expand domestic distribution through food wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in global agro markets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, branding, and supply chain alignment. - Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meets both domestic and international. - Work on elevating brand equity across International & Domestic Markets with strategic initiatives and brand push. - Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5 years of proven experience in sales/marketing of rice or agro-based products. - Network: Well-connected within the domestic food distribution network; prior exposure to rice marketing is highly desirable. - Market Knowledge: Hands-on experience in international markets, particularly UAE, Gulf, and MEA. - Skills: Strong communication skills, persuasive personality, and ability to build lasting business relationships. - Education: MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
