Expert Media Buyer Needed for High-Volume Lead Gen. (Pay-Per-Account) We are scaling our agency and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to manage paid campaigns for our automotive clients. We don’t need complex inventory setups; we need qualified leads (names, numbers, and intent) delivered to sales teams. This is a Part-Time / Remote role. You will be compensated on a Per-Account basis —manage more clients, earn more money. The Mission Your sole focus is driving Lead Volume and Lead Quality through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social platforms. You will create and manage campaigns that get local customers to raise their hand and request a quote or test drive. Campaign Execution: Build and scale Lead Generation campaigns (On-Facebook Lead Forms, Messenger campaigns, or Landing Page conversions). Creative Strategy: Advise on hooks, angles, and ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive action. Audience Targeting: Master local targeting (radius/geo-fencing) to reach real buyers in specific neighborhoods. Optimization: Relentlessly test creatives and audiences to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maintaining quality. Requirements Proven Lead Gen Experience: You have managed significant budgets ($40k+/20L INR) specifically for Lead Generation (Real Estate, Auto, Service Business, etc.). Meta Ads Expert: Deep understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, specifically Lead Objective campaigns. A/B Testing Mindset: You know how to test headlines, images, and lead form questions to improve conversion rates. Results Driven: You care about the outcome (Leads Generated), not just "brand awareness" or "reach." Compensation Pay Per Account: You receive a fixed monthly fee for every ad account you successfully manage. Flexible Schedule: Work remote and on your own time. As long as the leads are flowing and the budget is managed, you have full autonomy.
