The ideal candidate will have a strong Python background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring team members while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks using Python. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, plans, and execution approaches . Drive automation best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables across all phases of development. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance test efficiency and coverage . Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones aligned with overall project timelines. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in software testing with a strong emphasis on Python-based automation. Proven expertise in designing and building custom automation frameworks from scratch. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes such as: PyTest Selenium REST API testing Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of quality initiatives.
