Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML and drive adoption of new technologies where applicable. Define AI research roadmaps and contribute to intellectual property development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science with a focus on video/image analytics, NLP, and GenAI. Strong hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV. Expertise in Generative AI, including transformer models (GPT, BERT, DALL·E, etc.). Proficiency in computer vision techniques, including object detection, recognition, and tracking. Strong experience in NLP models, including text summarization, sentiment analysis, and chatbot development. Proven track record of deploying AI solutions on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.). Strong leadership skills with experience in managing AI/ML teams. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud computing architectures. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive AI strategy and execution. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance. Knowledge of blockchain and AI-powered contract management systems. Understanding of edge AI deployment for real-time analytics. Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.
