Role Overview

Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, compile, and validate data from internal systems, databases, data warehouses, and audit logs.
• Automate data extraction and reporting processes using scripts and data pipelines wherever possible.
• Collaborate with the Legal Compliance team to support audits, investigations, regulatory disclosures, and compliance-related requests.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data retrieval processes to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for both internal analysis and external reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for business pipelines, lead tracking, and operational reporting.
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support special projects and complex investigations through data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of dashboards and business reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder requirements effectively.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data / IT(Preferred)

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of experience in Data Analysis
• 1+ year of experience in Business Analysis
• 1+ year of experience in Investigations or Compliance-related work
