Role Purpose: The primary objective of this role is to define, architect, and spearhead the delivery of machine learning and AI solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Demand Generation: - Support the Go-To-Market strategy by contributing to the development of solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings for solution-led sales. - Collaborate with various colleges and institutes for research initiatives and provide data science courses. 2. Revenue Generation: - Develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for decision augmentation or automation solutions. - Work closely with ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and IT to assess ML deployment options. 3. Team Management: - Talent Management: Assist in onboarding and training to enhance capability and effectiveness. Deliverables: Performance Parameters: 1. Demand Generation: - Number of PoCs supported. 2. Revenue Generation through Delivery: - Timeliness, customer success stories, and customer use cases. 3. Capability Building and Team Management: - Number of skills acquired.
