Job Summary: We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. Candidates should have strong Python coding skills and be familiar with web technologies. The engineer will uphold service-level agreements, provide necessary support, and mentor junior team members. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and a commitment to quality work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Implementation & Testing: Lead the implementation and testing of GenAI solutions for our customers.

● Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales teams, customers, and product teams to understand

requirements and timelines, ensuring efficient implementation and suggesting product improvements.

● Support Management: Ensure adherence to committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide support as needed.

● Mentoring: Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the team.

Experience:

● 2-6 years of relevant experience.

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Must-Have:

Technical Skills:

● Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

● Familiarity with web technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar frameworks.

● Understanding of HTTP, REST, microservices, concurrency, and multithreading.

● Experience working with Linux OS, TCP/IP networks, databases, queues, and caching.

Soft Skills:

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

● Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong sense of ownership and commitment towards work.

Good-to-Have:

● Experience with Generative AI technologies (LLM prompt engineering).

● Familiarity with cloud deployments.

Pay: ₹310,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
