Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist – Artificial Intelligence with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building RAG-based applications, LLM-powered solutions, and agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and LLM-powered solutions.
• Develop agentic AI workflows and intelligent AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
• Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions.
• Integrate Large Language Models using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini APIs.
• Implement vector search and embedding-based retrieval using FAISS, Pinecone, or similar vector databases.
• Use MLflow for experiment tracking, model evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Apply Python programming best practices, including OOP, design patterns, exception handling, decorators, iterators, generators, and type hints.
• Optimize AI/ML solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Python Programming

• Strong fundamentals in Python, OOP concepts, functions, and modules.
• Iterators, generators, decorators, exception handling, type hints, and dataclasses.
• Data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

2. Machine Learning

• NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• XGBoost, LightGBM.
• PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management.

3. Generative AI & Agentic AI

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• LangChain and LangGraph.
• LLM integration using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini APIs.
• AI agents and agentic workflow development.
• LlamaIndex and vector databases such as FAISS and Pinecone.

4. Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Hands-on experience developing and optimizing ML pipelines on GCP.
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment.

5. NLP & OCR

• spaCy, NLTK, Transformers, Sentence-Transformers, and Gensim.
• PyTesseract and EasyOCR.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and GCP.
• Practical experience developing RAG applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions and integrating LLM APIs.
• Experience building, evaluating, and deploying production-ready AI/ML solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing scalable Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Important: Candidates must have hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI, along with strong Python, Machine Learning, and GCP expertise.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
