Role Overview: You are a Spec Analytics Intmd Analyst, a developing professional dealing with most problems independently and having the latitude to solve complex issues. You integrate in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Your good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/job family is crucial. You apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies with attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on factual information. Your role typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact, requiring professional judgment when interpreting data and results. You break down information in a systematic and communicable manner, and developed communication and diplomacy skills are essential to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Your work has a moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses" core activities, and the quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of your own team and other closely related teams. Key Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies - Identify and compile data sets using tools like Python, Pyspark, HIVE, SQL to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes - Document data requirements, data collection/processing/cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, which may involve utilizing statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques - Specialize in Marketing, Risk, or Digital fields - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 4-6 years of Data Science experience - Proficiency in model development and ML Ops Governance - In-depth understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning - Preferably possess AI and Gen AI skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with organizational, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptive capabilities to thrive in a matrix work environment - Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional leaders Education: - Masters University degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field Additional Company Details: This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
