About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Lead Generation Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting for B2B markets in the UK and US. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating high-quality leads and nurturing them to create a strong sales pipeline. This is an onsite role based in Chandigarh , and candidates must be comfortable working during US and UK business hours. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Prospecting: Engage with potential leads via cold calls, emails, and social selling tactics to generate interest in company products/services. Identify key decision-makers and introduce them to the company’s offerings. Maintain a pipeline of prospects by building relationships and gathering relevant information to qualify leads. Lead Nurturing & Qualification: Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and cold calling efforts. Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and decision-making processes. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key prospects, moving them through the sales funnel. Sales & Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients in the UK and US markets. Gather data on competitors, market trends, and industry developments. Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track communication, and report on progress. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions with qualified prospects. Assist in the preparation of sales pitches and presentations tailored to the client's needs. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Report on key metrics like call volumes, lead quality, conversion rates, etc. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales in the UK/US market. Prior experience in a B2B sales environment is highly preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Excellent phone etiquette, with a confident and clear approach to prospecting and presenting offerings. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, manage data, and report on progress. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Sales Acumen: Ability to qualify prospects and understand their needs to drive conversion. Target-driven with the ability to meet quotas and KPIs. Market Understanding: Understanding of the US and UK market dynamics, including industry-specific trends and challenges. Prior experience in industries like SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing is a plus. Time Management & Adaptability: Strong time management skills to handle different prospects from multiple time zones effectively.
