Role: Data Operations & MIS Executive (Pharma Transition)
Location: IDA Cherlapally, Hyderabad (On-site)

About the Project:
Rashmi Pharma is transitioning its operations from manual paper tracking to a modern, GxP-compliant ERP system. We need a detailed-oriented individual to digitize and clean our historical data templates before system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and convert physical handwritten registers, stock ledgers, and logs into clean Microsoft Excel templates.
• Utilize smartphone scanning and modern AI OCR tools to quickly extract handwritten texts into digital formats.
• Create and organize structured Master Lists for raw materials (APIs, Excipients) and packaging items.
• Cross-verify all digital lists line-by-line against original paper books to ensure absolute accuracy.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, production In-charges and QA/QC teams to gather master specifications.

Required Profile:

• Education: Graduate in Science (B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm) or Commerce/Computers (B.Com, BCA).
• Technical Skills: Excellent speed and precision in MS Excel (filtering, data validation, and cleaning duplicates).
• Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical materials and standard industry terms.
• Traits: Sharp attention to detail with zero tolerance for data-entry typos. Immediate joiners in Hyderabad are preferred.
