Data Modeller

As a Big Data - Data Modeller, you will play a crucial role in leading moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Your responsibilities will include contributing to large-scale planning of strategies, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Additionally, you will review technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures, resolve complex issues, and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals will be a key aspect of your role. You will also lead projects, act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Desired Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Big Data Software Enterprise Application development - Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery practices when developing code - Experience in the Banking/Financial technology domain will be preferred Job Expectations: - Collaborate with scrum stakeholders to implement modernized and sustainable technology roadmaps - Analyze technical requirements and implement software solutions - Stay updated on current and future trends and practices in Technology - Resolve application issues with software solutions and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements - Proactively manage risk through the implementation of appropriate controls and escalate where required - Work with Engineering manager, product owner, and Team to ensure the product is delivered with quality, on time, and within budget - Coordinate project interlocks and deployments with internal IT Teams - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work in a global development environment This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the Bangalore location.
