As an ETL Data Modeler at Value Health Inc., you will play a crucial role in modeling current and new data, collaborating with key stakeholders, and utilizing ETL tools like Talend or Informatica to develop and maintain data models for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into scalable data models that align with organizational objectives. - Developing and implementing physical data models while optimizing existing metadata. - Ensuring data models adhere to data protection regulations and company security policies. - Collaborating with development teams to create conceptual data models and define data flows. - Reviewing system changes for cross-system compatibility and data governance standards. - Continuously evaluating data systems for discrepancies, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3 years of hands-on experience in physical, relational, and ETL data modeling. - Experience with data integration tools, ETL processes, and tools like Talend or Informatica. - Deep expertise in data modeling, database design, and data governance. Preferred qualifications include: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Candidates with Epic EHR background preferred. - Willingness to work regular day or afternoon shifts in Coimbatore. - Ability to work from the office only with occasional extended or weekend work.
